You need to upload the sound file and then embed it into your myspace so that it automatically runs upon the page load
If you have limitted skill with computers i suggest you look around for one of them player apps which basically does that for you
you can go on to project playlist create an account and you can have as many songs as you want on your myspace once you get the code
You download the music player then place this code in music under edit profile!

but then you have to go to song and video on profile and set the player on Auto Play
i need to know how you record a video and take off the audio so you can upload it to myspace since im not located near a studio.
um im guessing youd want to download the video and rip out the audio,.. for example, if it was youtube, u grab the url and use a free site called zamzar.com and hit the format to convert it to as mp3.. then u have that videos audio..

If you have something like Microsoft Word, I think supposedly if you copy any of the symbols it has you can past them in. Or so I have heard.

erm in word open up a file - go to sybols and scroll down - ull find little sybols like card sybols - clubs hearts spades etc then u'll see music notes - then just copy and paste into your name

The original player is still optional..
Go back to the song %26amp; video area. Look in the scroll box of the different color skins. The first one that says "myspace" is the original one.
i know...it sucks....zune is gayy and messes everything up...i want to go back to the regular one :(
You should be able to go to edit profile and click on the music and video section. Scroll down and your options are zune, myspace, a girl, a boy and another one. The myspace one is the original one. Hope this helps...

I know it sounds like a weaselly way of doing things, but find someone with a sound close to yours, and try to add them as your friend. If people see your profile on that page then they will be more inclined to go to your page. If for nothing better than just being curious. If other bands like you, then the chances of getting signed increase as well. A lot of "unheard ofs" and local bands sign bands themselves, so just try to get the attention you need by making new friends...

Well i would suggest to go on your other account if you have one and post bulletins about your music...or you could make a banner and have people put it on there page and people will evenutally end up clicking the banner...and go to your music page...
A myspace is a place on the net that everybody can see, therefore your chances of being discovered are really big!
A friend of mine started posting her drawings on a site and sometime later (I think 3-4 months), she received an invitation to work with on a well-known portuguese company!

As long as you do not set your profile to private, everyone that is a member of myspace will be able to look at your page. I myself am hoping that a publisher will want to publish my poems in a book. Just keep adding your music and accept friend invitations, you never know what will happen for you. I think you have a great shot, I mean who knows? Maybe someone will see your music and then that will lead to someone else seeing it thru their page...You know what I am saying, I'm sure. Good Luck and Don't give up hope!

it takes a lot more than just posting up songs.
you need to add a lot of people, send a lot of comments, post a lot of bullitins, and just get the word out there.
a lot of up-and-coming bands use sites like www.friendstorm.net and www.tonsofadds.com to add new people on myspace.
people aren't going to come to you but if you put the work in and you really are talented then you have a decent chance.
