You said that the delete button is disabled but have you tried clicking where it says "click here for more info"?
You want to post a new song? One that you own the copyright to? Or one that you have permission from the copyright holder to publish? If not - you can expect the same problem all over.

I have the same problem. I am trying to put songs from MY OWN band up on my site and it came up with the same statement and no way to delete it. Why would it block my own song?
