Do a search on www.singingfish.com for the song and they will provide the HTML. If it's not there or doesn't work, upload it onto a site like www.fileden.com, get the URL by right-clicking the file after it's uploaded and saying "copy shortcut" or whatever, and then go to a code generator (may I suggest http://www.surfourspace.net/index.php?te... and it will give you the HTML you need.
If you'd like to add more than one song in a "radio" form, load all the songs onto www.fileden.com and then go to http://www.writher.net/freew/ and copy and paste all the URLs. It will then give you the whole HTML code. (I have it on my site if you want to check it out).
