All I seem to be able to add now is an mp3 from a music service. I have an interview in mp3 format, thats not on any music service, that I'd like to upload. Is this possible? thanks

You need to get a url for. You can find websites that host your music files for you(Just like Photobucket does with pictures) Most of these websites charge to do that. You might get lucky and find a free one.
