I want to remove the music player completely, so that it doesn't play the music or anything.

Log on to your MySpace account.

Click on Edit Profile.

Click on the tab "Song and Video on Profile"

Click the Remove button.

If you get a confirmation window, click the button which confirms that you really want to delete the music from your profile.

However, it appears that the Remove music function is down at the moment.

If you added the player you should see where it says deleat on the player. If you added a player with code simply remove the code when you go into edit profile

Simply see where it says "delete" on the music player?

Click it.

Just remove the song but going to "Music" on your editing page. And then just hide your music player by going on a layout site.

Or an html site.
